Is there any clubs for adult

Is there any clubs for adult sisters who can meet like minded other females preferably who share the same background like those who don't fall into mother toddler groups or married wives clubs.

I find it hard meeting other people and especially people who are like myself who are catagorised as not fitting into society and not sharing much in common with others due to social staus/ background, way of living etc . I have no network and no contact with other Muslims due to outcast from the community, not fitting into the social circles as above and not having an extended family.

Is there anyone else fitting this and is there places to meet others who have time for chats, social activities for those of us who are single. Would be ideal if evening or weekend as work full time.In general anything like  community cohesian groups and I am not meaning Islamic classes but more of a network/ friendship group for Muslimahs.

Kind of

Hi,  I would like to meet also with people from my background. Really meet, discuss which is not possible when people look at you as if you were different.  My personal  convictions, my way of life makes it

hard to go with the society of consuming.

I plan on going to the night for new comers on Wednesday even if

I am not new muslim.

To make sure I got your request let me

ask you : Are trying to meet people from muslim background but not for religion purpose?

Salam The impression I get

Salam

The impression I get  is noone really wants to meet up. When the time comes, they don't turn up and has been a waste of time!

I do not want to meet up at these religious circles as I am looking for socialising and making some network preferabally my own age group.

If the person chooses not to, they are strongly advised to be extra careful with cleanliness after going to the bathroom.

Very new

I am currently a non muslim, for a while now I have been reading alot about Islam.... I however do not currently have anyone in my life with any knowledge of Islam....I feel like I would really like to learn more.... to meet other people who feel the same way....however because I am so new to even the most basic understanding I am quite nervous and do not really know how to proceed now...Would this meeting be the right thing for me, would it be alright for me to come along?

Yes, open to anyone. Muslim

Yes, open to anyone. Muslim and non Muslim

Muslim Social Circle

Salaamz and Hi to everyone on this chain!

I may be a little late to this discussion but thought some of the comments on here are very valid. I have lived in Scotland for a number of years and have found it difficult to build a muslim social circle which I feel is very important.

Across the border I have a great muslim social circle and would love to have one up here too. I am a single female professional and again do not fit the social remits of meeting other like minded muslims and would love to meet people like me!!

Anyone up for meeting for a social gathering and a chat? - Arrange coffee sometime with a group?

Will "Glasgow muslims" help circulate personal information, preventing it being shared on the web on an open forum?

Eg; We could all send our personal email addresses to the info@ - email and advise them that we are happy for them to share our email addresses for a social meeting?

Just some thoughts!

Would love to meet you guys!!

Take Care

Circumcision

Asslamau alaikum. Circumcision is not compulsory for a revert/convert muslims, although it is recommended and generally considered 'better'. If a person is not circumcised they should keep themselves as clean as possible in this area. Please feel free to ask queries etc, happy to help

Abdul Azeem @ New to Islam

Salam, what is the ruling on

Salam, what is the ruling on having a  circumcision? My husband said its not fard for a man and just sunnah. The question then arises, do we get the baby done, he says no.

Salaam Sister Aisha ra has

Salaam Sister

Aisha ra has narrated on the authority of Prophet Muhammad saw that there are some Sunnahs regarding hygiene

They are cutting nails, removing hair from under arms and under knavel, applying oil, wearing Surmah, trimming moustache, doing Miswak, CIRCUMCISSION and some ohers

The point is that if one finds it just a Sunnah then why cut nils and remove hair etc?

Sunnah is not to be taken light  Marriage is a Sunnah...

Circumcission has many health benefits and not ding it can ttract many diseases

im exactly the same except im

im exactly the same except im male. did you ever recieve a reply?
