    Position Details:
    Position: Teaching Assistant (One Position)
    Timing: 8am-4pm
    Based: Glasgow
    Start Date: September 3,2012
    Contract: based on agreed hours worked at the school
    Overtime: None
    Reporting to: Curriculum Leader
    Responsibilites: Include (but not limited to) Delivering eCfE based on Scottish CfE and the schools
    islamic ethos, using Qalam Academy's ecoLearn Methodology,working with curriculum leader in developing and delivering the curriculum.
    Supporting Teachers and Preparing resources for learning experiences.
    Qualifications: Appropriate Qualifications to teach in Primary School in Scotland
    GTC Registration preferred.

    Candidate must have a profile which includes

    • good communication skill and English Vocabulary
    • ready to take-on challenges of a developing school
    • deliver enhanced Curriculum For Excellence based on Qalam Academy's ecoLearn Methodology
    • assist the school in introducing good practices
    • use various active learning approaches towards delivery of the curriculum
    • maintain the ethos of a model Muslim School
