Salaams,

The arabic class is an adults class but if children want to attend

they can do so whether they will benefit or not will depend on their

age - i would say a teenager will find it more appropriate than anyone

younger but this really depends on the child. My daughter who is

eleven sometimes attends the adults class.

The adults class which is a beginners class runs every Tuesday at

7.00pm, this class started in May/June and will be moving up a level.

We will be starting a new beginners class soon and this class will run

on a monday evening at 7.00pm.

We do run a childrens arabic class on a saturday afternoon, which will

be resuming back shortly.

The classes are open to all, we have muslims and non-muslims that

attend our classes, all are welcome.

The brothers and sisters are not separated, some sisters will sit at

the back and some brothers sit at the front and couples will sit next

to each other, it all depends on how people want to sit, if there are

sisters who want to sit separately behind a screen then we can arrange

that for that particular person.

If you can get enough sisters, between 10 - 12 sisters, then we can

organise a class separately just for them.

Zahra - do you mean Arabic as in learning t he Quran or Arabic in the language.

If it is the language then Cuthbertson Primary school across from Lidl, McDonalds and KFC, off Victoria Road, hold a Saturday class (maybe Sundays too) teaching Arabic.  I don't know any further details.
